I wrote these stories to relate and preserve memories of personal hunts in and around Bearmouth, Montana, as well as hunting stories others shared with me over the years. I know that, in time, hunting experiences in this incredible wilderness may not be possible to ordinary hunters like me, as wealthy landowners erect fences, developers build structures, and the changing climate affects habitat.These hunting stories are works of fiction.
