Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are securely attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
