Rose awakens from a strange dream to start a new day at an Academy by the name of Prehendo Tempus. Approaching an Archway that bursts into flames, taking the first steps onto a chessboard and onto a domain where time is manipulated to one's will. She enters a crystal room to commence the beginning of what will be a series of ripples that will affect her Present and ultimately change everything.
